Source priority
- Current vendor product documentation, help centers, pricing pages, security centers, and shutdown notices.
- Dated, repeatable Weekstead tests with configuration and expected behavior disclosed.
- Review sites and community discussions for clearly labeled user sentiment only.
- Secondary reporting when a primary source is unavailable.
We do not turn user sentiment into a factual capability claim. If sources conflict, we show the conflict or mark the field unknown.
Editorial statuses
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Documented | A current primary source states the behavior. |
| Tested | A dated, reproducible test observed the behavior. |
| Planned | The vendor describes future work; it is not treated as available. |
| Unknown | Available evidence is missing, stale, ambiguous, or conflicting. |
Updates and corrections
Shutdown facts and high-intent comparisons are reviewed monthly for the first 6 months. Prices and feature claims are reviewed at least quarterly. Each material comparison displays a checked date. Corrections can be sent to privacy@weekstead.com.
Correction requests should identify the page, claim, and current primary source. Weekstead reviews the evidence and updates or annotates the claim. We do not accept payment for rankings.
Conflict of interest
Weekstead publishes this guide and competes for some Google Workspace Room Booking, Team OOO, Focus Time, and Slack status use cases. The feature guidance is fixed and reviewable. Weekstead appears only where its documented beta scope applies.
