Replace Clockwise by workflow, not by logo.

Clockwise bundled several different jobs. The closest replacement depends on which jobs mattered to you.

For most teams, Reclaim is the closest broad successor. A focused tool or native calendar feature can be simpler when you used only one part of Clockwise.

How to choose

Choose an available optimizer when timing matters now

If Clockwise protected Focus Time, moved internal meetings, synchronized calendars, and gave administrators one rollout surface, Reclaim has the broadest documented overlap available today.

Choose a specialist when one workflow was the point

Scheduling links and calendar sync do not require an all-in-one optimization product. A narrower product can reduce setup and avoid paying for unused workflows.

Consider Weekstead for Google Workspace calendar automation

Weekstead's current closed beta covers Room Booking, Team OOO, Focus Time, and Slack Status. Focus Time scheduling can move user-authorized flexible meeting occurrences, independently of its optional, off-by-default native Calendar Focus Time bookings. Review the team availability and meeting-room guides for current beta scope.

Provider and rollout constraints

Weekstead's public beta scope is Google Workspace. Organizations requiring Outlook support, SSO, SCIM, domain-wide provisioning, or a broad security-review package should evaluate a mature enterprise product. A mixed Google and Outlook environment usually benefits from one provider-neutral replacement.
