Clockwise shut down on March 27, 2026.

The product ended after the Clockwise team announced it was joining Salesforce. Clockwise was not transferred to Salesforce as an operating calendar service.

Clockwise gave customers roughly 8 days between its March 19 announcement and the March 27 shutdown. The official page remains the best source for what stopped and what happened to customer data.

The shutdown timeline

  1. March 19, 2026Clockwise announced that its team would join Salesforce and that the product would go away.
  2. March 27, 2026Clockwise stopped operating. Managed Focus Time, Travel Time, Meeting Breaks, and personal-calendar events were removed. Flexible Meetings stopped moving, and Scheduling Links stopped working.
  3. Shortly after March 27Clockwise said customer data would be deleted and would not transfer to Salesforce.
  4. June 30, 2026Reclaim's special 12-month Clockwise price-match application window ended. Reclaim continues to publish switching guidance and a broader competitor discount.

What can still be migrated?

Clockwise's live account, settings, and ordinary export path are no longer generally available. Do not rely on articles that still tell users to export before shutdown. Existing Google or Outlook calendar events that were not Clockwise-managed remain governed by the calendar provider, but Clockwise-managed holds were removed according to the shutdown notice.

Today, replacement means recreating policies and workflows in another product. It does not mean connecting a new product to a working Clockwise account.

Why Reclaim appears in most answers

Clockwise explicitly recommended Reclaim for Focus Time, Habits, and Smart Meetings. Reclaim created feature mapping, data-import support while exports were available, webinars, onboarding, and accelerated security reviews. That makes Reclaim the best-documented broad transition, not an automatic best fit for every former user.
