Price changes the answer
Reclaim lists annual prices of $10 per seat per month for Starter, $15 for Business, and $22 for Enterprise. Team OOO begins at Business. Weekstead's approved introductory price is $5 per paid user per month billed annually or $7 monthly, with Room Booking, Team OOO, Focus Time, and Slack Status included. These products do not have equal feature scope, so price alone is not a winner criterion.
When Weekstead is worth considering
Consider Weekstead now when your organization uses Google Workspace and the unresolved work is room administration, shared OOO visibility, or protected focus time.
If broad calendar optimization is required today, start with Reclaim's migration material.
