Data practices
Weekstead does not use your data for AI training.
Weekstead uses rules-based calendar automation. We do not send connected-calendar data to AI models or use it to train them.

Rules, not AI
Weekstead's calendar decisions follow the settings you choose and deterministic product rules. Weekstead does not use artificial intelligence models to read, classify, summarize, or make decisions about connected-calendar data. It does not use that data to train AI models.
What Weekstead processes
Weekstead processes only the calendar and account information needed for the features an organization enables. Depending on those features, this can include event times, participants, locations, responses, working location, room availability and metadata, out-of-office events, product settings, and records of actions Weekstead considered or performed.
Google identity sign-in and Calendar authorization are separate. Calendar access begins only after a user grants the requested Calendar permissions.
Data minimization
Weekstead avoids keeping a general-purpose copy of your calendar. Recent-room discovery scans accepted room attendees in up to 90 days of meetings, but its temporary results retain only a room address, a bounded display hint, the latest occurrence, and an occurrence count. They do not retain event identifiers, titles, bodies, or attendee lists.
Weekstead retains account email addresses. Room Booking uses short-lived decision captures so a result can be explained and safely replayed. These captures can include event titles, descriptions, attendee details, and other Calendar response content. Application logs are designed to omit calendar content, authorization codes, tokens, and user email addresses.
Retention periods
- Application sessions expire after no more than 14 days.
- Privacy-minimized authorization-attempt history is normally deleted after 90 days.
- Recent-room discovery jobs and unselected candidates are normally deleted after 7 days.
- Room Booking decision captures are normally deleted after 30 days.
- Calendar authorization credentials remain only while the connection is active and are removed after the authorized disconnect process completes.
- Account, configuration, activity, team, and support information remains while needed to provide the organization's service and follow its instructions.
Information may be kept longer when needed to resolve a security issue, meet a legal obligation, or establish or defend a legal claim. The full retention terms are in the Privacy notice.
How data is protected
Weekstead uses encrypted credential storage, protected sessions, access controls, environment separation, customer-bound destinations, and data-minimization measures. Calendar data, credentials, configuration, and automated actions remain within the owning organization, provider, environment, team, user, calendar, and destination boundaries.
No storage or transmission system can be guaranteed completely secure. Weekstead limits what it processes and retains so less data is exposed when something goes wrong.
Your controls
Authorized organization users control connected members, enabled features, shared calendars, notification destinations, and Calendar authorization. Disconnecting Calendar stops new automation and begins removal of the Calendar connection. It does not automatically delete saved configuration or prior activity records.
Read the Privacy notice for the complete policy. Questions and data requests can be sent to privacy@weekstead.com.
