Introductory rates
Introductory rates apply for 24 months from your first successful payment.
Each feature has its own authorization and controls. A person with more than one enabled feature still counts once.
Paid users
Each person counts once.
A paid user has a connected calendar and at least 1 enabled Weekstead feature. Enabling more features does not add seats.
People who count
Connected people who enable Room Booking, Team OOO, Focus Time, or Slack Status. Each person counts once, even when they use all four.
People and resources that do not
Rooms, resource calendars, meeting attendees, shared-calendar viewers, notification recipients, unconnected team members, and administrators who only configure the organization.
Introductory rate
Keep your starting rate for 24 months.
The period begins with your first successful payment. Added paid users share the account’s original end date. Switching between monthly and annual billing does not restart it.
Changes between monthly and annual billing take effect at the next monthly boundary.
